What do you use to exfoliate your bod?

@necessaire The Body Exfoliator has been living in my shower for the past couple of months and helping to keep my skin so smooth.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Swipe across to see the gel texture. The bamboo charcoal and pumice grains are small in size but great in numbers, resulting in a 4/5 scrub rating that isn't too abrasive. As I rub it in, it lathers up and washes off with ease leaving behind smoother skin and less KP bumps and dryness. Personally this is gentle enough for me to use a few times a week.

As with the @necessaire body washes, the body exfoliators too come in three varieties - Eucalyptus, Sandalwood and Unscented.

I order these from Necessaire directly and use ShopMate to forward the parcel to my address. The products were available at one point on the Barneys website (which shipped to Aus) but they seem to be gone now. 🙁 If anything changes I will let you know!

Do you have any tips on how to strengthen nails? Even simple nail polish seems to leave mine brittle and flaky which is why you don't see me talking about them a lot on Fluke. Any tips would be much appreciated!

In the off chance that I do wear nail polish I use @kesterblack
which I get from @vimandcopharmacy. For a nude I like Petal, and Rouge for red. Gifted by Vim&Co.

📸 @coaparchitects @yellowtrace How will you reflect on 2019?

I gotta say the last couple of weeks have been kind of meh and I have been a bit quiet on here as a result. I am looking forward to a 3 week work break over Christmas and New Year and a refreshed start to 2020. So run down and ready for the pace of life to slow down!

What's in your bag?

In my bag currently is the new @kosascosmetics lipstick in Vegas which is a nude shade I never thought I would find. Usually beigey nudes make me look dead but not this one. How nice is the white packaging? 😍
Alongside is the super nourishing @bitebeauty Agave+ daytime lip balm. I've had dry lips lately, could it be something to do with this ridiculous hot weather? 42°C today - kill me now. 🤣

Lastly I have a bunch of these @meccacosmetica mini sunscreens and I definitely need it today as I will be venturing out of the office in the middle of the day and need to top up my SPF!
