@marjorie.friday asked if I could compare the @skinjuice Facial in a Jar (pictured) and the @andalou_au Brightening Pumpkin Honey Glycolic Mask which is a great idea! Both are exfoliating masks but the ingredients are quite different. I'm going to test them a week apart and let you know the difference in terms of performance. 🍊

#ad If you've been following me from the inception of my blog then you may remember that my first ever post and review was about the @andalounaturals_au Brightening Pumpkin Honey Glycolic Mask. Here we are almost three years later and I am still enjoying it.

This mask has a beautiful gel-like texture that contains ingredients such as vitamin C, glycolic acid, pumpkin and manuka honey to brighten and improve the texture of the skin. I feel a bit of a tingle when I first apply it which is completely normal and is thanks to glycolic acid exfoliating the dry upper layers of the skin.

What I still really like about this mask 3 years on is that it visibly brightens my complexion and makes it glow. My skin feels really smooth to the touch afterwards which is really good for the drier season when my skin can look a bit lacklustre.

I remember when @summerfridays first came out with

I remember when @summerfridays first came out with the Jet Lag mask and the beauty junkies of Instagram went coo-coo crazy (including me). Fast forward to their 6th launch - the Lip Butter Balm. It's packaged in their signature aluminium tube but a mini version, in a champagne brown sort of hue. It's a really beautiful texture that melts on the lips to an oil, but still remains thick enough to last for ages on the lips. My #1 lip balm of all time is the @bitebeauty Agave Lip Mask and Nighttime Lip Therapy and this is definitely challenging their top spot. I love the light vanilla scent too.

Have you tried this or other Summer Fridays products? I have tried the Jet Lag Mask and CC Serum which I love. The R&R Mask was ok, a little grainy for my liking. I'm yet to try the Overtime Mask and the cleanser.
