I have loved everything I have tried from @14ecosmetics which I recently realised is a play on the founder's surname which is Fortini. 14e...get it? I felt so silly that I hadn't picked up on that before. 🙈

Anyway, Emma's setting powder has been working really well alongside my experimentation with the new Kosas tinted face oil. It really brings down the shine but somehow keeps me glowing at the same time. I'm looking forward to trying her latest creation, a Cheek + Lip colour, which should launch soon I hope!

Glossier You.
It was well worth the giant pain in the rear to get you over to Australia. I love that you're peppery, musky, fresh and clean smelling and that the groove on your bottle fits my thumb perfectly. It's the little things.

Now onto the dramatic story. As you know I usually use a forwarding service (in this case Hop Shop Go) to get my @glossier order to Australia. What I didn't realise is that A) Glossier don't always ship the whole order in one box, and B) perfume is considered a hazardous material.
A) meant that I should have waited for both boxes to arrive to HopShopGo so that they could be combined and sent together. B) meant that it cost a ridiculous amount of $$ in HazMat packaging. Glossier kindly refunded the cost of the contents in the 2nd box like the customer service legends that they are so that helped to somewhat even out the cost of the whole ordeal. Hop Shop Go also offered a 10% discount code.

I suppose the reason for sharing this is to warn you that ordering perfume from the USA comes at a (big) cost. Just make sure what you're ordering is not going to require nuclear-proof packaging (it's not nuclear-proof by the way it's just cardboard and giant bubblewrap). The End.

It's getting warmer in the southern hemisphere! Only a couple of weeks left of winter which means it might be time to switch up your skincare.
